This unfermented, extremely rare tea, features buds that are largely covered in white fluff. The tea itself will tickle your taste buds with its unusually mild and slightly sweet flavour. These delectable leaves are harvested 1,600 metres above sea level in the Ilam Valley in Nepal.
This white tea is selected for a clear, recognisable cup and a composition that works equally well in a specialist tea range, a café menu or a hospitality concept. Its balanced and aromatic character makes it easy to position for customers looking for a distinctive but approachable infusion.

Recommended preparation: 12-15 g/l, infuse for 2-4 min at 60-70 °C.
