Selection and specification
We compare materials, dimensions, performance, documentation and operating cost.
For restaurants, hotels, cafés, bars and other commercial spaces, we select products and systems that support daily operations, create a distinctive atmosphere and remain practical under intensive use.
Verdamare works with owners and operators of hospitality and commercial spaces. We help define quantities, materials, colour combinations, technical requirements and practical use.
An order may cover individual products or a complete selection: table linen, tableware, décor, greenery, terrace equipment, coffee and tea, professional kitchen equipment, lighting, sound, video, security systems and installation.
A restaurant, café or hotel needs an equipment list that follows its daily operation. Menu, service style, storage, cleaning, music and guest comfort should shape the specification. At Verdamare, the starting point for a useful enquiry is the venue and its operating requirements.
A product enquiry may be enough when you know the exact model and quantity. A new venue or refurbishment usually needs more context: room dimensions, access, utility connections, finishes and the relationship between kitchen and dining room. State whether you need supply only, help with selection or a wider technical proposal. The agreed scope determines what is included in the quotation.
Group the brief into kitchen equipment, furniture and tableware, décor, coffee and tea service, sound and other technical systems. Mark what is already installed and what must be replaced. Include product references where known, but also describe the result you need. This allows a quotation to distinguish essential items, alternatives and optional work.
Before confirming an order, review quantities, variants, dimensions, supply units, delivery arrangements and the scope of installation where applicable. Request confirmation of availability and timing for the complete list. For a staged opening, identify which items are needed first and which can follow later.
