Pu Erh Summer Breeze
Pu Erh Summer Breeze — pu-erh by Alveus. Price per 100 g.
Pu-erh is a post-fermented tea: after primary processing the leaf matures for months and years. Hence the dense earthy-woody taste and the full dark infusion.
A product with no flavourings or additives.
Pu-erh contains caffeine, but its effect is even, without a sharp surge.
Preparation: 12–15 g per litre, 3–5 minutes, water at 100 °C. Fermented leaf needs boiling water. The first quick infusion (10–15 seconds) is normally discarded — it rinses the leaf and removes storage dust.
The proportions are a starting point, not a rule: adjust them by up to 20 % to suit your water and your taste.
Suitable both for the retail shelf and for a venue’s tea list: a recognisable profile, a predictable result in the cup, consistent quality from batch to batch.
Storage: in a tightly sealed opaque container, away from light, moisture and strong odours. Tea readily absorbs foreign aromas, so it should not be kept next to spices or coffee.
Packaging: sold loose, the price is given per 100 g. Alveus supplier code — 84329.
The supplier is Alveus (Germany), one of Europe’s largest tea houses. Packing and dispatch from the Verdamare warehouse.
