Full description
After fermentation this tea is pressed to a bird-nest shape. Following the traditional Chinese tea ceremony Pu Erh is ”washed” first and subsequently brewed for 1 to 2 minutes. We recommend to use 2 to 3 nests per one liter water.
This pu erh is selected for a clear, recognisable cup and a composition that works equally well in a specialist tea range, a café menu or a hospitality concept. Its balanced and aromatic character makes it easy to position for customers looking for a distinctive but approachable infusion.
Ingredients: Pu Erh Mini Tuo Cha.
Recommended preparation: 12-15 g/l, infuse for 1-2 min at 100 °C.
